To manage the COVID-19 situation, the Jurong Medical Centre (JMC) will temporarily suspend all services on Level 3, from
Monday, 13 April 2020, as resources will be redeployed to the Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH).
Deferment or Rescheduling of Patient Appointments
Outpatient appointments and day surgery procedures will either be deferred to a later date or rescheduled to NTFGH (for urgent cases), depending on the doctor’s review of your condition.
If you have an upcoming appointment with us, we will be contacting you to reschedule your appointment(s) and/ or procedure(s).
In the meantime, if you are unwell and need medical attention, please visit your Polyclinic or General Practitioner (GP).
If you require a top-up of your medication before your rescheduled appointment, we will inform you when your prescription is ready and you can choose to:
- Have the medication delivered to your residence at no extra charge, or
Self-collect the medication at our Outpatient & Retail Pharmacy (NTFGH, Tower A, Level 2) from Mondays to Fridays, 9am - 6pm.
An SMS with details on your medication top-up will be sent to you.
