The Bukit Batok East Community Health Resource Centre @ Nature View is designed to serve as a hub for health and wellness education, resources, as well as support for Bukit Batok East (BBE) residents. The pilot is supported by the JurongHealth Fund.
We want to help you take charge of your health with:
- Complimentary Diabetes Screening
- Health Resource Library
- Health Promoting Activities
Eligibility criteria for diabetes screening:
- Singaporean Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
- Not previously diagnosed with prediabetes or diabetes
- At least 18 years old and above
- Not pregnant (for females)
- Did not attend any health screening for diabetes for the past one year
- Residing in Bukit Batok East (BBE); OR
- A first-degree relative (e.g., grandparents/parents/siblings) of a BBE resident who is diagnosed with diabetes
