JurongHealth Academy

About Us

2026/07/22

Officially launched in August 2025, JurongHealth Academy aspires to be a beacon of excellence in healthcare training and education, equipping our workforce with the skills, knowledge and competencies needed to meet tomorrow’s challenges in care delivery.

As the education arm of Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and Jurong Community Hospital, JurongHealth Academy is committed to fostering a strong culture of lifelong learning, professional growth and innovation. Central to this commitment is the purposeful building of internal capabilities — empowering our healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred care.

Beyond our hospitals, the Academy also seeks to contribute to the broader healthcare ecosystem by sharing expertise, advancing best practices and supporting workforce development across the community and partner institutions.

Collaboration is also fundamental to JurongHealth Academy’s mission. By working closely with academic institutions, healthcare partners, industry collaborators and professional bodies, we expand learning opportunities, co-develop innovative programmes and drive knowledge exchange.

Our Key Pillars

JurongHealth Academy brings together seven key pillars dedicated to advancing learning, capability building and continuous improvement. These pillars work in close integration, combining diverse strengths to deliver impactful, practice-relevant training and resources that are aligned with organisational priorities and responsive to evolving healthcare needs.
