This programme uses realistic in-situ simulations to evaluate clinical workflows, team coordination, communication and operational readiness in actual care settings. Through scenarios such as Code Blue, Anaesthesia, and Trauma Management simulations, participants practise managing routine and high-risk situations while identifying process gaps, safety risks, and system vulnerabilities. These simulations help strengthen teamwork, optimise workflows, enhance patient safety, and improve the reliability and effectiveness of care delivery.
