In-situ Simulations (Trauma Management)

This simulation-based programme equips trainee physicians with the skills and confidence to manage trauma cases in the fast-paced Emergency Department. Through realistic, hands-on scenarios, participants will develop critical decision-making, teamwork and procedural competencies in a safe and controlled learning environment. The course focuses on the assessment and resuscitation of critically ill patients, recognition and management of trauma emergencies, and the application of Crisis Resource Management principles to optimise team performance and patient outcomes. Participants will also practise essential clinical procedures, enhancing their ability to respond effectively and efficiently to both common and high-risk emergency situations.
