Quality, Innovation & Improvement

2026/07/22

Quality, Innovation & Improvement provides foundational programmes that equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to drive meaningful improvements in patient care, safety, experience, innovation and operational performance. Guided by internationally recognised improvement methodologies, including the Model for Improvement framework, participants learn a structured approach to identifying problems, conducting root cause analysis and testing solutions through Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles. Through hands-on activities, practical tools, and healthcare-based case studies, learners gain confidence in applying improvement and innovation principles to real-world challenges. These programmes support the development of a continuous improvement mindset and empower staff to deliver high-quality and patient-centred care across the organisation.
