Quality Improvement (QI) Fundamentals equips healthcare staff with practical tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement. Grounded in the Model for Improvement (MFI) framework, participants will learn to frame QI projects, establish measures, and interpret data through run charts. Key QI tools such as process mapping, root cause analysis and Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles would be covered to systematically analyse problems and test changes. This course provides a strong foundation to formalise your understanding and kickstart your QI projects on a journey towards excellence.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
