Dr. Sophia Li is a dual board-certified trauma and acute care surgeon and surgical critical care intensivist. She completed her General Surgery residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center and her Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, Texas. Dr. Li has broad experience providing trauma and emergency surgical care in both advanced and resource-limited settings. Her professional interests include global trauma, emergency surgery, intensive care, and medical education. She is dedicated to improving surgical and critical care capacity worldwide and mentoring future generations of physicians.
