Repeat Prescription: Top-up Prescription Request to Clinic

Before requesting a repeat prescription, please check if you have balance of  uncollected medications with pharmacy using NUHS or HealthHub app. 

You may request a Repeat Prescription if your prescription has expired or if you do not have sufficient medication to last until your next appointment.

Terms & Conditions for Repeat Prescription Request:

  • For clinical safety, our doctor will need to review your case before issuing a repeat prescription. The final prescribed medicine(s) are subject to the doctor's assessment and may differ from your original request. 
  • After submitting your request, the clinic will contact you within 5 working days.
  • If you have any enquiries, or if you do not receive any updates within 5 working days, please email contactus@nuhs.edu.sg with your Order Reference number for assistance.
  • Once the doctor has approved and ordered your repeat prescription, you may submit a Medication Refill request for either home delivery, locker delivery, or self-collection. If your current medication supply runs out before the available delivery or collection date, please walk-in to collect your medications from the Outpatient Pharmacy directly.
