In Singapore, many falls among older adults occur at home, and the majority of these falls are due to accidental or environmental factors. Falls can negatively affect the elderly and decrease their quality of life. Jurong Community Hospital’s Occupational Therapist Elizabeth Low explains what caregivers can do to prevent their loved ones from falling at home.
