The 400-bed JCH at Tower C provides post-acute and rehabilitative care for patients, and transits them safely back into community. It is twinned with the adjoining NTFGH for patients who no longer require acute care to be seamlessly and safely transferred to a post-acute and continuing care setting that is better catered to their needs.
