Medication Refill: Order Medication from Pharmacy

This service is only for patients who are holding valid prescriptions with balance uncollected medication from Ng Teng Fong General Hospital’s Specialist Outpatient Clinics.

If you do not have a prescription with balance medication(s), please refer to Repeat Prescription: Top-up Medication Request to Clinic for guide to top up your medication. 

Please ensure you have at least 2 weeks of medications before requesting a delivery. For urgent requests, you may walk in to the pharmacy for medication collection.

We no longer accept medication delivery requests through phone calls and emails. Please kindly use the following online channels to submit your medication delivery request:

Delivery to preferred location

Who's Eligible? 
Patients may use this service if they have: 
Valid prescription issued by Ng Teng Fong General Hospital’s Specialist Outpatient Clinics. 

This service is not available for: 

  • Medications that need to be started immediately 
  • Controlled drugs  
  • Clinic administered medication 
  • New medications or medications with a change in dose that have addictive potential 

Your pharmacist will advise accordingly. NTFGH Pharmacy reserves the right to determine if a request can be fulfilled by the medication delivery service. 

Delivery Charges (before GST): 

  • Standard delivery  (lead time time ≥ 7 working day: Waived
  • Urgent Next Day Delivery (Subject to availability): $9                                                                                         

Other Charges

  • Bulky item (Parcel above 5kg) : Delivery fee is  subject to parcel weight
  • Additional deliveries (i.e. multiple deliveries requested within the same month) or Re-delivery (Applicable for failed delivery attempts): $9 
  • Amendments to medication quantity, delivery date/time after processing , or Change of service type (e.g. Change of service from delivery to self- collection, and vice versa): $4

NTFGH Pharmacy reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees for: 

  • Subsequent trip(s) made, if the recipient is not available at the mutually agreed delivery time to receive the items 
  • Unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect/invalid address provided 

Delivery Time: 
You can choose from 3 delivery time slots |
Mondays – Fridays (excluding public holidays): 

  • Morning (9am - 1pm) 
  • Afternoon (2pm - 6pm) 
  • Evening (7pm - 10pm) 

Things to Note: 

  • Please ensure you have at least 2 weeks of medications before requesting a delivery. For urgent requests, you may wish to opt for walk-in to the pharmacy for medication collection. 
  • Delivery is only available within the main island of Singapore. 
  • Our staff will process your request within 5 working days. Should we require any further clarifications, our staff will contact you to confirm your request. Otherwise, you will receive a confirmation SMS from us. 
  • You will also receive a confirmation message on the delivery date of your order. Quote the PIN number to the delivery courier. 
  • For safety, security and hygiene reasons, medication packages cannot be left at the door or any other place outside the premise. Please ensure that an authorized recipient is present at the delivery address during the agreed date and time to receive the delivery.  
  • Items delivered are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.

Self collection from locker outside institution

Collect your medications from the nearest locker in your neighborhood on your preferred collection day (Monday-Saturday). 
Enjoy 24/7 access, allowing you to collect your medications anytime that suits your schedule.

  • Delivery is only available within the main island of Singapore.

  • Your medication parcel will be ready for collection by 10pm on the selected date.  
  • You will receive an SMS notification with a PIN code once your medication parcel is ready for collection. 
  • Please collect within stipulated date and time after receiving the SMS. 
  • Items delivered are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.

Self collection at pharmacy

Medications prepared in advance for physical collection at pharmacy 

Who's Eligible? 
Patients may use this service if they have: 
Valid prescription issued by Ng Teng Fong General Hospital’s Specialist Outpatient Clinics. 

This service is not available for: 

  • Controlled drugs  
  • Clinic administered medication 

Venue: 
Ng Teng Fong General Hospital 
Tower A - NTFGH Clinics, Level 2, Outpatient & Retail Pharmacy 

Collection Time: 

  • Mondays - Fridays: 9am - 6pm 
  • Closed on Saturdays, Sundays & PHs 

Things to Note: 

  • Medications need to be collected within 1 calendar week of specified collection date. Thereafter, the medication order will be cancelled and longer waiting times at Pharmacy will apply. 
  • Our pharmacy staff will process the medication collection request based on the information provided. If required, our pharmacy staff will contact you within the next 5 working days to seek clarification regarding your request. 
  • Otherwise, you will receive a confirmation SMS from us. You may proceed to the pharmacy on stipulated collection dates and inform our registration staff that you have placed an online order to collect your medications. 
  • Once collected, medications are non-exchangeable nor refundable. 
  • Please note that any changes to medication orders at the collection point may incur extra waiting time.
