Overview

What is the Wise & Well programme about?

"Wise and Well" is a programme developed by the JurongHealth Campus' Allied Health team and will be conducted by trained facilitators from Ng Teng Fong General Hospital. The 4-week programme aims to empower you with health knowledge to build skills and confidence to take charge of your health.

What will I learn?

Conducted once a week, the 90-minute workshop will cover the following topics over 4 weeks:

Chronic diseases risk factors
How to set your personal health goals
Healthy food choices when eating out
Types of exercises
Techniques to improve sleep quality

Where will the programme be conducted?

The programme will be conducted at the various Resident Centres and/or Community Centres. Please contact us to check if there's a scheduled session at a location near you.
