Hear Well, Breathe Right: Snoring, Obstructive Sleep Apnoea and Your Health


Obstructive sleep apnoea is a potentially serious sleep disorder. If you snore loudly and feel tired even after a full night’s of sleep, you might have obstructive sleep apnoea, which is associated with increased risk of hypertension, stroke and cardiac arrhythmias.
