Cardiac Rehabilitation Multi-disciplinary Care
The Cardiac Rehabilitation MDC team offers a comprehensive and customised programme that helps patients with heart-related conditions (such as heart attack and bypass surgery) optimise their physical, mental and social functions through education, counselling and prescribed exercise. The multi-disciplinary team comprises a dietitian, an occupational therapist, cardiologists, physiotherapists and smoking cessation pharmacists.
