We brought the fourth edition of 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 to Hong Kah North community over the weekend!
At our first large-scale physical event since emerging from the pandemic, about 300 residents turned up at Hong Kah North Community Club last Saturday to learn how to stay healthy and prevent the onset of chronic conditions. They were joined by Dr Amy Khor, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment & Ministry of Transport, who is also Advisor to Hong Kah North Grassroots Organisations.
Through education activity booths and health screenings, our healthcare staff shared useful tips and resources with residents. The young ones also unleashed their creativity at our art competition and pop art stations.
At the event, we rolled out Wise & Well 2.0, a preventive health programme developed by our allied health team. Find out how our trained facilitators will be empowering the community to take charge of their health in this Lianhe Zaobao 联合早报 article – https://for.sg/57p015
