Services

The Haematology service provides inpatient and outpatient services for a wide variety of blood diseases, including:

Auto-immune blood disorders
Blood disorders associated with other systemic diseases
Bleeding and clotting disorders, also known as haemostasis and thrombosis (inherited or acquired later in life)
Red cell diseases, including all forms of anaemia (lack of healthy red blood cells)
Problems arising from transfusion of blood and other blood products
