Head and Senior ConsultantAdj A/Prof Noel Tay serves as Vice Chairman of the Medical Board (Clinical Education) and is Head of the Division of Respiratory Medicine at the JurongHealth Campus. He practises as a Senior Consultant at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, with expertise spanning Respiratory Medicine, Internal Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine.
He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1991 and obtained Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (UK) in 2002, followed by Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians in 2016. In 2005, he completed advanced specialist training in Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine. He further pursued subspecialty fellowship training in cardiopulmonary exercise testing and pulmonary rehabilitation at the University Health Network, University of Toronto.
