Siti is an experienced nursing professional with more than a decade of experience spanning clinical practice, nursing leadership and education. At JurongHealth Campus (JHC), she supports nursing workforce development through foundation training, clinical skills education, simulation-based learning and clinical supervision. Her earlier experience in clinical leadership gives her a strong understanding of patient care, workforce development and the operational needs of frontline nursing teams.
At the cluster level, Siti plays an active role in NUHS Centre of Nursing Excellence (CoNE), collaborating with nursing educators across NUHS to strengthen educational practices, share expertise and develop innovative learning solutions. She has led and contributed to projects involving mobile learning, gamification, augmented reality, artificial intelligence and learning analytics. A recipient of the Nurses’ Merit Award, Siti is passionate about evidence-based education, cross-institutional collaboration and developing confident, competent and future-ready nurses.
