Noormazreen is a Senior Nurse Educator (SNE) committed to advancing nursing excellence through education, professional development and capability building. He also serves as the Nursing Representative on the JurongHealth Academy Steering Committee, where he contributes the nursing perspective towards the strategic development of learning and professional education across the organisation.
His contributions to nursing have been recognised nationally as a recipient of the Nurses’ Merit Award. He was also awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) training award in Medical Emergency Team (MET) systems, with a focus on Critical Care Outreach programmes, strengthening his expertise in clinical deterioration, escalation of care and patient safety. Through his combined expertise in nursing education, critical care outreach and professional development, Noormazreen continues to champion learning that strengthens nursing practice and improves patient outcomes.
