Siew Ngoh, Director of JurongHealth Academy at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital is a highly experienced trainer in Service Excellence and Continuous Improvement.

Her training expertise is anchored in over 30 years of patient-facing healthcare experience, having led frontline functions across Specialist Outpatient Clinics, Patient Service Centre, and Medical Records Office. Through these roles, she has developed a deep, end-to-end understanding of patient journeys, operational challenges, and service delivery systems—enabling her to translate complex realities into practical, applicable learning for healthcare teams.

Siew Ngoh brings extensive experience in driving meaningful improvement and sustainable outcomes. Having led over 400 improvement initiatives, she is highly adept at guiding teams to apply Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies in real work settings, fostering a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and patient-centred care.

As a certified ACTA trainer and facilitator for The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® Foundation Course, she adopts a structured, experience-driven approach to training. She delivers programmes in Service Excellence—covering Cultivating Service Mindset, Effective Communication, and Service Leadership—as well as Lean Management programmes such as Kaizen Workshops and 6S. She has also begun facilitating The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® Foundation Course and is currently working with Quality Improvement & Innovation (QI&I) teams to develop a Design Thinking Awareness course, slated for rollout in Q4 2026.

Her ability to blend proven frameworks with real-world application makes her a trusted facilitator and mentor, enabling participants to build capability, lead change, and deliver tangible improvements in their respective roles.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Adelaide, Australia, which strengthens her strategic perspective and further enhances her effectiveness in developing leaders and guiding transformation across diverse healthcare settings.
