Siti Aisyah is a Professional Grooming and Body Language trainer with over 17 years of experience in the healthcare sector, specialising in Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) operations.
Her training strengths are grounded in extensive frontline experience, where Siti has developed a strong understanding of patient service delivery, operational accuracy, and the role of professional presence in shaping patient trust and overall experience. Having worked closely within fast-paced clinic environments, she brings practical insight into the day-to-day realities faced by frontline healthcare staff.
Passionate about developing others, Siti plays an active role in staff training and capability building. She designs and delivers structured learning programmes for Patient Service Associates, focusing on service excellence, communication and operational effectiveness. Her involvement in orientation, induction, and scenario-based training allows her to translate real workplace challenges into meaningful and relevant learning experiences.
Since 2023, Siti has been facilitating Professional Grooming and Body Language workshops under JurongHealth Academy, engaging diverse groups of staff—including Service Associates, Greeters, Nurses, and Operations Executives and Managers. Adopting a learner-centred and highly practical approach, she helps participants build confidence, enhance professional presence, and apply effective body language techniques in patient care settings.
Siti holds a Diploma in Quality Management and Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, which strengthens her ability to integrate service quality principles into her training and support consistent, high-standard service delivery across teams.
