Through the different life stages and diseases, our nutritional requirements may change. A dietitian can assist you in personalising a nutrition management plan to meet your nutritional requirements or during times of illness, especially for diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, renal disease and obesity. Dietary modifications are just as important for people who are malnourished or those who require feeding via a tube.
Our dietitians provide assessment and evidence-based nutrition therapy to improve the clinical outcomes of patients. We empower and provide knowledge to patients to help them better manage their chronic conditions. This is achieved by understanding their needs through face-to-face consultations and personalising a plan of care with them. Our services are available to patients aged 16 and above.

We also support learning and development through collaborating with educational institutions or cross departments through in-service training for hospital personnel and student dietetic internship programmes.
